Music Ministry

    • Schedule Hymns for the entire church year (spreadsheet)
    • Identify special holidays for additional musicians and choose/purchase music and musicians

    • Contract substitute organist as needed
    • Lead quarterly Singing School to help congregation learn to sing their parts
    • Lead annual Caroling Party (logistics dealt with elsewhere)

    • Work with senior pastor to select offertory anthems in harmony with the church calendar
    • Lead weekly choir rehearsals on Wednesdays from 6-7 pm
    • Communicate weekly with choir members via email
    • Create and maintain a library of all sheet music
